Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your Roomcaster plan
Viewing your current plan
You can see your current plan and billing details at any time.
- Go to Account Settings from the sidebar
- Click the Billing tab
- Your current plan, billing period, and next payment date are displayed here
Upgrading your plan
Need more screens, storage, or features? You can upgrade at any time.
- On the Billing page, click Change Plan
- Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade to a lower tier at any time.
- On the Billing page, click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Confirm the downgrade
The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
When downgrading, make sure your usage (number of screens, storage) fits within the limits of the new plan. You may need to remove screens or media if you exceed the lower plan's limits.
Canceling your subscription
To cancel your Roomcaster subscription, contact our support team at support@roomcaster.tv. Your content and screens will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
Updating payment methods
You can update your credit card or payment method through the billing portal.
- On the Billing page, click Manage Billing
- Update your payment method in the billing portal
- Changes take effect immediately for future charges
Downloading invoices
Past invoices are available for download through the billing portal.
- On the Billing page, click Manage Billing
- Navigate to the invoice history section
- Click on any invoice to download it as a PDF
